Founder at Muru Leadership
Leading through uncertainty – applying one rule and three questions
Facing an unprecedented level of change where the pace and complexity is unlike anything we’ve seen, it’s no wonder leaders are experiencing ever increasing pressure and anxiety. As the expectations on leaders intensifies, we have to equip them to lead more effectively through uncertainty.
How do we do this? We help them build greater courage and conviction in their own leadership. We help them let go of outdated definitions of what it means to be a leader and create a new path for showing leadership. And we do this through applying one rule and three questions.
About Muru Leadership
Founded by Rob Cross, Muru Leadership challenges the norm by bringing to life a new philosophy for unlocking human potential. In today’s age of acceleration, the classic definitions of being a leader are no longer working. They restrict people’s development, holding them in a place of confusion about their identity and role. Through applying the Muru philosophy of one rule and three questions, those in leadership roles build greater confidence and conviction in their own leadership. This enables them to better unlock their own and their team’s potential, as they lead through uncertainty.
